Building and Grounds primarily has the duty of maintaining county owned property, including:
Building upkeep and improvements
Facility management
Janitorial services
Lawn care including the Courthouse, Sheriff’s Office and jail, Courthouse Annex (Normal Building) and limited services for Fairgrounds, Airport, Highway Office and Shop, Development Center and Public Health outreach offices in Prentice and Park Falls.
