Mintal Pit, Squaw Creek Road

Sealed proposals will be accepted by the Price County Highway Department, Phillips, WI until 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at the office of the Price County Highway Commissioner, 704 N Lake Ave., P.O. Box 169, Phillips, WI 54555 for:
- Crushing and stockpiling 15,000 tons of ¾“crushed base aggregate dense gravel, 7,500 tons of 1 ¼” crushed base aggregate dense gravel and 2,200 tons of crushed blacktop to be produced in the Price County owned, Mintal Pit, Squaw Creek Road in Price County, Wisconsin. Automated stacker is required, to eliminate segregation.
- Produce 2,000 tons of 3”x¾” screened rock with byproduct to produce ¾”x¼” screened rock and remainder to be ¼” minus screened sand in the Price County owned, Mintal Pit, Squaw Creek Road in Price County, Wisconsin.
Price County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal they deem in the best interest of the Price County Highway Department.
Provided proposal forms may be submitted by mail or in person, by appointment only, in a sealed envelope marked “Mintal Pit Base Aggregate Production 2025”. All proposals must be submitted on the provided submittal form.
