Inmate Rules & Regulations

Movement

  1. Inmates must follow directions given by the escort officer.
  2. All inmates will be handcuffed and shackled when being escorted to court proceedings or transported outside of the facility.
  3. All inmates must be in full uniform during any movement.
  4. Inmates must walk single file when being escorted in groups.
  5. Inmates will not be allowed in the Jail Office or attorney visitation booth unless approved by Jail staff.
  6. Inmates will not be allowed on stairways unless accompanied by Jail staff or for cleaning as directed by Jail staff.
  7. Maximum Security inmates will be handcuffed during all movement.
