Beginning Tuesday, November 7, 2017, US Highway 8 will be reduced to one lane of traffic through the use of temporary traffic signals between Old Hwy 8 and CTH YY for a bridge repair project over Somo Creek. The project is intended to be completed by November 17, 2017.
Prior to contacting the government agency normally responsible for maintaining the above named location, it is requested that all reasonable efforts be made to contact one of the following individuals, in the order listed below, if emergency maintenance or traffic control signing is required.
The contractor is responsible for the maintenance during the period of construction; however, if an unsafe or dangerous condition develops on the project and none of the following can be reached, then contact the normal maintaining authority.
