Sealed bids will be accepted by the Price County Highway Department, Phillips, WI up to 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the office of the Price County Highway Commissioner, 704 N Lake Ave., P. O. Box 169, Phillips, WI 54555 for cold in-place recycling, asphalt stabilizing agent, HMA, and incidental items for the CTH “F” CHI project and full depth in-place pulverizing.
Price County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid that may be most advantageous to Price County. Most advantageous includes a performance comparison of the material with any like or similar type material; a comparison of the manufacturer’s and supplier’s ability and reputation for prompt delivery and proximity to the project site.
Bid envelopes must be sealed and marked as “CTH ‘F’ CIP Project” and include a completed Bid Proposal Form.
