Property Tax Collection
All current year property taxes are payable to Village of Prentice Treasurer, Laurie Andreae ; PO Box 78; Prentice, WI 54556 through July 31.
- 1st Installment – 25% or full payment due postmarked by January 31
- 2nd Installment – 25% due postmarked by April 30 April Payment Due List
- 3rd Installment – 50% due postmarked by July 31 July Payment Due List
- Delinquent Tax List
All real estate taxes under $100, personal property taxes, MFL and special charges are due in FULL by January 31st to the Village of Prentice.
Alternative Options
1. Pay your taxes in full by January 31.
2. Pay 50% of your taxes by January 31 and 50% by July 31
When using this option, add the first two installments as printed on the tax bill stubs.
Pay Tax to Village of Prentice Online 
Pay all Current Year taxes to Village of Prentice through July 31 There is a 2.39% fee charged for credit card, VISA and Echeck $1.50 for which the taxpayer is responsible. Point n Pay retains the fee.
Missed or Late Payment
If any installment payments is missed or not paid by due date:
- The entire unpaid balance of taxes becomes delinquent and subject to 1.5% per month interest/penalty retroactive to February 1st
- option to pay in installments is lost.
- Pursuant to Wisconsin Statute Section 74.47, interest and penalty of 1.5% per month on the whole unpaid balance and will be charged from February 1 regardless of when the tax due becomes delinquent. No matter what installment is missed, the total unpaid balance becomes due and payable and is subject to interest and penalty from February 1 option to pay in installments is lost.
