Newman Springs

Located in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, this trail system is designed for both beginning and intermediate skiers. There are no exceptionally difficult sections of trail, and skiers can take in the beautiful scenery as they stride along. This trail is for classic skiing only for 2008 due to the trail being narrow. The trailhead is located 12 miles east of Park Falls on Hwy. 182. A National Forest parking fee is required. The daily fee can be paid at the trailhead. An annual sticker can be purchased at the Forest Service Office on Hwy. 13 in Park Falls.
