Open year-round. This luxury five-bedroom (sleeps 10 to 12 people), 2-1/2 bath, quiet, private and modern, 3000-sq. ft. home is located on Long Lake (418 acres & up to 54 ft deep), which is one of four lakes of the Phillips Chain of Lakes (1236 acres).  It is situated on two gorgeous wooded flat acres with 600 feet of spectacular sandy frontage – no weeds!!  It has direct access to both Price County’s top rated ATV and snowmobile trails and a large driveway with ample parking.    It offers large spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with cathedral ceilings, 2-way wood burning stone fireplace and sliding glass doors to a large deck.  The large deck has a grill, outdoor table and chairs and access to the lake.  The enormous yard and frontage offers firepit, 2 docks, excellent swimming with an 8’x10’ raft and excellent fishing – row boat, life jackets are included.  The spacious living rooms with leather furniture have stone fireplaces, large TVS with DSS and a movie library for your use.  The lower living room has a granite top bar, cherry wood pool table, foosball, and darts.  Very spacious, comfortable bedrooms with pillow top mattresses.  All linens and towels are provided with washer and dryer included.

Constructed with a full knotty-pine interior, the cottage offers A/C, a complete kitchen, cable TV, WIFI May – October, along with a fire pit, charcoal grill, and screened area with a private picnic table.  Enjoy a gentle walk down to the water and a private 40′ dock. Balsam Lane is located on a fishing/recreational lake, snowmobile and cross-country ski trails, adjacent to public forest land, and famous bird and big game hunting. A quiet location with close proximity to shopping, services and dining. There are several restaurants/pubs just a short boat ride from the dock. Gorgeous sunsets! Bring your camera. We have 13 peaceful acres with walking trails and sandy beaches on 1,000 feet of lake frontage. We are six miles from the National and State Forests which has an abundance of wild life and endless walking trails. Each cabin has it’s own fishing & boat dock with launching facilities for your own boat. Two cabins have a deck with picnic tables & chairs overlooking the lake. Each cabin has it’s own private fire pit for your evening camp fire and listen to the call of the loons. (We furnish ALL the wood you can burn.) We also have two nesting eagles on the lake. The third cabin has a lake view with the same above amenities. We offer a fishing boat with each cabin rental and pets are welcome. Almost to good to be true for the price; $ 650.00 for the 2 BR and $ 700.00 for the 3 Br per week. We have many other families that come back year after year because the whole resort is for you and your family to enjoy.
